BREAKING
Yesterday was National Cinema Day so I decided to go check out the movie BREAKING based on a true story right here in Cobb County. Breaking is about a former Marine Corps veteran, Brian Brian - Easley , who is in financial trouble due to not receiving his VA check in a desperate situation Brian makes the decision to rob a bank.
The movie reminded me about the downfall of the VA system and how it has delivered poor service to soldiers and their families. There was several times in the movie where I felt sympathetic for soldiers that are contentiously being treated as second class citizens for a country that they gave there life for. Overall, a great family movie and a reminder there is so much work to do.
At the IPIC I had fried chicken tenders and fries and some buttermilk biscuits with maple syrup.
