It’s Giving Season
This past week I had the most amazing time donating to two different causes and networking with amazing people throughout Atlanta that were on a mission to spread a little holiday hope & cheer throughout the city. 🎄🎁✨ The first cause allowed me the opportunity to donate two decorated wreaths at The Georgia Festival of Trees to a non profit, Wellspring Living to support their amazing efforts in combating sex trafficking in Georgia. There was music, dancing, Hot Chocolate miniature Santa Houses,a Silent Auction, Reindeers Games, an area with games, crafts, and children’s activities to enjoy. This event ran from Nov 30 - Dec 4 at The Georgia World Congress Center. Check out the beautiful Christmas trees & wreaths pictures below.
The second causes was working as a volunteer for United Way of Greater Atlanta's:Women United: Holiday Social with the partnership of Coca Cola . This event was a Community focused toy drive, Christmas card writing projects followed by food and fellowship that was held at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, The Willow Bar, 374 E. Paces Ferry Rd. Atlanta, GA 30305. All proceeds for this event will be donated to the non profit,Los Vecinos de Buford Highway. Check out the amazing toys and gift wrapping kits below.
Overall, I felt really good about being able to volunteer and give during a season where so many people feel down and simply don’t have during this holiday season. I have one more non profit that I will be supporting this year that is very dear to my heart on the South Side of Atlanta.
